Story County Board of Health Warns ISU Against Sports Event Audiences, Courts Reopen with Social Distancing

Dennis Hart gives a summary of Iowa in the news, last week.

On June 22 the Story County Board of Health met and advised Iowa State University to hold sporting events without audiences present, in order to fight the spread of COVID-19. The university hasn't changed its plans for live fan attendance for games, but they are planning on limiting the audience to 50 percent capacity. Dennis Hart sat down with County Board of Health Chair Paschen, to talk over some the issues of health that we are looking at in Story County, as our community approaches a whole new phase, with the re-opening of Iowa State University.

Keith Morgan, Story County Emergency Management Coordinator discussed the re-opening of schools in fall and the current re-oping of the courts system.
