Suzanna C. de Baca is a writer, poet, and
artist whose work explores themes of
transformation in both creative and
business writing. A proud Latina and native
Iowan, she is a member of the Iowa
Writers’ Collaborative, and her poetry has
appeared in a range of literary journals and
anthologies. She is a recipient of the Derick
Burleson Poetry Award and has been
nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
Her writing is informed by a career
spanning business, media, and nonprofit
leadership. In addition to her creative work,
Suzanna is founder of Story Board Advisors
and was previously the CEO of Business
Publications Corp. in Des Moines. She lives
in Huxley, Iowa.
