KHOI is hiring a part-time assistant manager to help with administrative management, outreach, public relations and coordination of KHOI’s volunteer base. It’s an interesting and challenging position that requires office experience, computer skill, management and people skills. The position is supervised by KHOI's Station Manager.
15 - 20 hours per week / $15.00 per hour / Benefits not included

Tasks:
- Manage paper and electronic filing systems and spread sheets
- Oversee office management of underwriting accounts and volunteers working in this area
- Manage the public store front area as needed and assist with telephone and email correspondences
- Assist with volunteer management
- Assist with development and implementation of a Public Relations plan for KHOI
- Assist with special projects, fund raising, grants and special events
- Review management priorities with station manager, help define work areas and set agendas for weekly work plans
Special Skills or Considerations:
Experience in office administration and computer proficiency required. Experience with project management preferred. Knowledge of computer programs. Ability to work effectively with many types of creative people. Good communication skills and ability to work on a team. Flexiblity, ability to manage time, deadlines, and set priorities, work well under pressure, and work independently.
