Professor Dave Peterson from the Political Science Department at ISU spoke about course evaluations in which students are asked to rate their instructors at the end of each semester. We learned that these evaluations have consequences beyond just providing feedback to the instructor and that there are serious problems with the evaluations in terms of gender and other biases.
