Dr John Paschen, Chair of the Story County Board of Health  provides updates, current numbers, cautions, concerns, and safe activities we will encounter during the summer months.  West Nile virus season is upon us and Iowa has reported its first case for this season so review of precautions to take to prevent or minimize likelihood of expose to this disease?

Sia Agnihorti middle school student , a young woman who has set a positive example of a selfless act of kindness reaching out to our community asking us to help those less fortunate and those suffering from the COVID pandemic relief in India. Her fundraising cause, (Jars of Hope)  Sia shares the successes she is having raising money and awareness of the plight facing others.
