Jeff Kopaska, Fisheries Biometrician, IDNR Reviews the history of research on Ada Hayden Heritage Park, The unique properties of the water body here in central Iowa, the measures and practices taken to protect the water quality to insure an important fishery, its value to wildlife and our community for recreational, physical and emotional health, as well as providing  an emergency back-up freshwater source for the community .
Tom (Florek) and Doug (Gentile) recording artists familiar to our KHOI listeners, and their traveling band promote their community fundraiser concert for KHOI FM radio, this Saturday 19th,  from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Dog Eared Books located at 203 Main Street, Ames, Iowa.
