Susan Gwiasda Communications Officer for the City of Ames talks about a fun activity for city residents of “positive sidewalk messaging” using colored chalks.  Ames Building Official Sara Van Meeteren along with Iowa State University’s Joel Hochstein  discusses the partnership program with the City and ISU staff who go door to door in neighborhoods near campus to welcome student back to Ames. This year’s event will take place the afternoon of Wednesday, Aug. 18
