We talk about migrant birds being seen in the area. We learn about their semi annual bird feeder cleaning day, its importance to bird health.  Its  conducted by the Gilbert Boy Scout troop as one of their major fundraisers. 
 
KHOI’s Sam Wormley joins in to discuss basic security steps we can take to minimize others compromizing your privacy and your electronic devices. 
 
Susan Gwiasda Public Information Officer for the City of Ames reminds listeners about the free yardwaste day, Ioway stream clean-up, and Stash The Trash Mark Gansen, Civil Engineer II with Ames Public Works, shares details about the proposed Grand Avenue intersection improvements, and reminds listeners of the Open House on April 28 and a dedicated webpage for more information.
