Marian Solomon has been a peace activist for over 50 years. She has been an advocate of nonviolence, learning skills and ideas personally from Gandhi. From 1962 to 1969 she worked for civil rights in the south, focusing upon building voter registration and education. A retired Public Health nurse, Marian remains concerned about women’s rights.
