2 cups fresh cranberries
1 small onion
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons (or more to taste) of prepared horseradish
Grind cranberries and onion
Fold in other ingredients
Put mixture in a covered container and freeze overnight
Two hours before you want to eat it, take it out of freezer and let thaw for two hours
It should be cool but not mushy
Stir lightly and put into a pretty dish to serve
This is surprisingly good with holiday turkey
Also goes well with beef and pork
